Wenche Losnegård is a Norwegian Jazzsinger and the woman behind LOWE and 1816, releasing music since 2010 through independent labels like Norcd, 1816, Losen Records.
Lowe has composed music on commission for Kalottspel, Pitsj female Norwegian a cappella quintet, and the vocal ensemble Oslo 14, and collaborated with among others Audun Ellingsen, Jon Balke, Olga Konkova, Mattis Myrland, Eplemøya Songlag.. She was nominated for best music at The Norwegian Oscar (Amanda) 2015, and awarded with two year Work rant for younger and newly established artists in 2010.
